Upon my return from a vacation in Texas, I found that my hot water heater was not working. I had no hot water. On my way into work that morning, I heard a commercial on the radio about Quality Plumbing of Gainesville Inc. I proceeded to find the phone number and I called Quality Plumbing and informed them about my problem with the hot water heater. Mrs. Littman and I have been clients of Quality Plumbing of Gainesville Inc. for the past 10 ten years. During this time we have spent half the time as seniors in our early 80's. Having a septic system and living in a single family dwelling on the outskirts of Gainesville, many times, unfortunately, we have backed up systems, leaky pipes, clogged drains and it seems myriads of problems with our plumbing. The plumbing technicians who respond to our call are respectable and courteous/polite individuals who are very technically knowledgeable, competent and resourceful and always able to solve the problem expeditiously. There never seems to be a problem which is not solved properly. Clean up is accomplished without question. They even provide a Senior Citizen Discount on services rendered. Mrs. Littman and I, without hesitation, highly recommend Quality Plumbing of Gainesville Inc. to all, and especially the Senior Citizen community, desirous of having skilled professional service attend expeditiously to plumbing and other water type problems within the home.

My initial call to the service department was pleasant and provided me with convenient options. The day of my appointment I received a confirmation call and then a call from the plumber when he was in route. The technician arrived well within the time window we agreed on and was extremely professional - both in his presentation and his work. He explained the problems to me in a way that I could understand and provided options, as well as, an affordable cost-break down. In the short time span he was here he fixed three separate problems: a leaking sink drain, a leaky toilet tank, and a hot water connection that was actually connected to COLD water for the dishwasher. He put down towels to protect his work area, wore shoe-coverings when he was in the house and even dealt with my landlord over the phone. Superb Service.

As a contractors wife my expectations are extremely high when it comes to quality, efficiency and cleanliness of any type of work done, especially in my home. A quick note as to recent service by your employee Bruce Brown. Unfortunately, I discovered a slab leak in my kitchen about 2 weeks ago. I decided to use your service as I have used your plumbing service for repairs in the past. I determined that instead of a second pipe repair, I would repipe the home. Every day Bruce came ready to work and would explain what he was going to do on that day. I asked him a lot of questions as I have never needed a complete repipe to a home. He was very professional, ate lunch in his vehicle, and worked almost entirely by himself which included attic work and running the new piping down the inside walls. He offered to move outside spigots if I wanted them relocated, and in general was just excellent. I just wanted to let you know that he is a great representative of your company and I would use him for any plumbing project.
