He responded to my call for an estimate to relieve a long-standing concern regarding the deteriorating galvanized pipes in our home constructed 46 years ago. My initial call to the service department was pleasant and provided me with convenient options. The day of my appointment I received a confirmation call and then a call from the plumber when he was in route. The technician arrived well within the time window we agreed on and was extremely professional - both in his presentation and his work. He explained the problems to me in a way that I could understand and provided options, as well as, an affordable cost-break down. In the short time span he was here he fixed three separate problems: a leaking sink drain, a leaky toilet tank, and a hot water connection that was actually connected to COLD water for the dishwasher. He put down towels to protect his work area, wore shoe-coverings when he was in the house and even dealt with my landlord over the phone. Superb Service.

A quick note as to recent service by your employee Bruce Brown. Unfortunately, I discovered a slab leak in my kitchen about 2 weeks ago. I decided to use your service as I have used your plumbing service for repairs in the past. I determined that instead of a second pipe repair, I would repipe the home. Every day Bruce came ready to work and would explain what he was going to do on that day. I asked him a lot of questions as I have never needed a complete repipe to a home.
He was very professional, ate lunch in his vehicle, and worked almost entirely by himself which included attic work and running the new piping down the inside walls. He offered to move outside spigots if I wanted them relocated, and in general was just excellent.
I just wanted to let you know that he is a great representative of your company and I would use him for any plumbing project.
